Process of Making Leaves

First the green leaves
of the jackfruit, rubber and bodhi tree leaves are picked. The leaves
are then boiled over an open fire for almost five hours. Once they have
been boiled, the leaves then need to be cleaned. |

Once
the leaves are cool, the skin of the leaves can be taken off, leaving
the exoskeleton of the leaf. Next, the leaves are dyed using natural dyes to give them different colors. Once the leaves are finished, they are hand crafted into different types of flowers and then designed into bouquets. |
