BRIDGE BUILDING-(Beginning November 2007)

Together with Architects for Aid (architectsforaid.org) and Dragonfly (thai-dragonfly.com) we are starting to build an 80 metre wooden and bamboo footbridge into our land. If you have been to visit with us, you know that there is no access over the river, except through the river. During the 4 months of monsoon flooding, we have to move completely out of the farm, due to the high waters and no access.

The first section of the bridge will be completed during the month of November-December 2007. We will then begin the second phase of the bridge building around January.
